We are seeking a motivated and skilled Freelance Junior Recruiter
The ideal person must have a passion for talent acquisition and the ability to identify and recruit potential candidates through online and offline methods.
• Utilize various online platforms and tools for effective headhunting and talent sourcing.
• Conduct initial screenings of candidates, to assess their qualifications and suitability for the roles.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and proactively reach out to potential candidates.
• Assist in organizing and conducting interviews.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Utilize your knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry to effectively identify candidates who align with our specific requirements.
• Prior experience in recruitment, particularly in headhunting online and onsite.
• Preferably, experience in the hospitality industry is a strong asset.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Familiarity with various online recruitment platforms and tools.
