- Welcome clients with a positive attitude
- Inquire about the clients’ needs
- Understand the clients’ requirements
- Show required products to the client
- Offer alternative product to customer if the desired product isn’t available
- Explain all product features
- Data entry on the company system for all products required by the client
- Propose subsidiary products to the client
- Coordination with the Logistics Department for setting delivery time of the products.
- Inform Client of expected delivery date and time
- Inform client about the delay of product delivery, if applicable
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as required
