We are Looking for a Billing Operator , to Join our team NIGHT SHIFT ( 12:00 pm TILL 08:00 am)
Responsibilities:
• Checks orders sent by email and fax
• Checks the Wilton cakes resume of the next day
• Issues the orders sent from the branches and the sales clients, print them and send them to the concerned departments
• Receives the prepared orders form from the delivery warehouse team and issue the related invoices
• Checks the special orders and them to the concerned departments
• Issues the daily SQL
• Issues the total production quantity
• Calls the distributors and take their orders for the next day
• At the end of each shift, counts the money and sends the cash out report to the cash controller
• Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
• Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Windows applications.
• Fresh graduate or with a one year experience.
• Accurate, meticulous with strong numeracy aptitude.
• Trustworthy.
