A reputable company in Beirut is looking for a female “Quality Control r” for a food industry with the below requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the field.
• Living in Beirut area.
• BS degree in food science / nutrition / biology / Microbiology or related field.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong team working skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizing abilities.
• Active learning.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• High sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor the production phase at various levels.
• Fill and maintains quality inspection check lists.
• Ensure that all products are labeled accurately.
• Complete regular food safety and quality checks to ensure compliance to policy and procedures.
• Report any problem or incompliance to concerned parties.
• Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices are being met and the cleaning personnel are compliant with policies and regulations.
• Inspect different areas for cleanliness proper organization and hygiene.
• Ensure both semi-finished and ready to eat foods are properly stored before and after being sent to the receiving branches.
