a FMCG company is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provides the Sales department with clients related system reports, statements, invoices, situations.
- Consolidates the invoices along with the delivery approvals.
- Reconciliates all the stocks on the system with the warehouse and checks up on all missing items following the inventory.
- Checks on all returns and fills the related paper accordingly.
- Checks on prices between the main office and the wholesaler in order to avoid any discrepancy.
- Provides the Head office with the related report.
- Generates the credit note from the system.
