• Key purpose of this role
-Responsible for overseeing, developing and submission of business proposals and bids for elev8 and Tech Talent globally. Main objective is to ensure that proposals are of high quality, compliant with client requirements, and submitted within the designated deadlines.

• .Duties and Responsibilities
- Proposal Writing and Editing: Write and edit proposal sections, ensuring clarity, coherence, and consistency in messaging. Review content for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors. Maintain a consistent writing style throughout the proposal.
-Proposal Compliance: Ensure that the proposal complies with all the specified requirements outlined in the RFP/RFI. Cross-reference the proposal against the evaluation criteria to validate compliance.
- Graphics and Visuals: Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to create visually appealing graphics, charts, and diagrams to enhance the proposal's visual impact and comprehension.
- Review and Evaluation: Coordinate proposal reviews with internal stakeholders, conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client specifications. Address feedback and incorporate necessary revisions.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain a library of proposal templates, reusable content, and best practices to streamline future proposal development processes. Capture lessons learned from previous proposals and apply improvements.
