The International Maritime Academy is seeking to recruit a professional Sales Junior. The Junior will be responsible for Assisting the head of sales to reach or exceed admissions target numbers and execute the academy admissions and marketing strategies.
Tasks Include but are not limited to:
•Support students in completing all necessary forms for graduation.
•Oversee tests and assessments for existing students.
•Check students’ attendance and communicate with students in case the number of absences exceeds the normal ratio.
•Communicate academic schedules with students.
•Follow up with the registrar regarding course materials, schedule, and communication with the ministry.
•Assist students and follow up regarding ministry documents.
•Communicate with PMA regarding graduates
•Follow up on the induction of new students, including answering all
questions in a professional and timely manner, providing support and advice.
•Coordinate with the admission office regarding the number and status of new students prior to the start of the program.
•Issue student warning letters requested by the instructor.
•Issue student attestation letters upon request.
•Update the Suggestion form log and share it with the head of Student Affairs & Registrar and the concerned person for proper corrective action.
Competencies & skills required
•Bachelor of Business Administration/Marketing or 1 to 2 years experience in a related field
•Good communication skills
•Strong analytical skills
•Language proficiency especially in English
