We are looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient environment for clients, visitors, and employees. As the Receptionist, your primary goal is to ensure a positive and memorable experience for everyone who interacts with our company.
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including distribution to the relevant personnel.
- Maintain and update the company's phone directory and contact lists.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Manage conference room bookings and provide necessary support for meetings.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Able to type in Arabic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including telephones and computers.
- Familiarity with office software is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
