Brazzaville is looking for a Sous Chef with the following qualifications and experience for its open kitchen in Achrafieh:
- Must have multi-tasking experience capable of handling both hot and cold menu items/orders at the same time
- Has handled these requirements on his/her own in a busy environment
- Is able to work and maintain the open kitchen in impeccable clean condition throughout and after service
- Is able to grill, assemble and plate dishes under high pressure
- Has cutting, preparation and plating skills
- Is able to follow recipes and instructions without any deviation
- Is humble, polite and maintains a well groomed appearance throughout service
- Fluency in English and/ French is a plus
Working days are currently from Tuesdays to Saturdays from 4PM to Midnight
Starting salary is US$ 750 + private medical insurance with quarterly bonuses based on performance.
