Our group is the sole authorized distributor for Cummins Power Generation (CPG) products. We are focused on expanding our growth platform, through building an effective and competent workforce.

• Perform on site maintenance by respecting the maintenance regulations and work safety.
• Follow repair diagnosis guidelines handed over by the service manager.
• Handle complex technical issues.
• Contact customers with maintenance contract agreements to schedule maintenance visits.
• Perform adequate repairs according to manager’s written or oral instructions.
• Report to the manager any customer complaint or engine abnormality.
• Perform maintenance of all equipment including generators, controllers, ATS, Distribution panels, Synchro panels, power and control cables.
• Coordinate with the team to accomplish the maintenance tasks with minimum time and good quality of work.

• Field service work for power generation product
• Co-work with PG Sales department to adopt the customer and market requirements.
• Installation review & operation of PowerGen products at site including testing, troubleshoot and diagnosis of gensets.
• Daily service work including service report, coordination for schedule with customer and service performance.
• Warranty service jobs - file a claim with service report after job done.
• Charge service jobs – Issue an invoice based on quotation with service report after job done.
• Service coordination, technical support through proper troubleshooting procedures.
• Take accurate decisions on repair amount, collection of money from customers and ensure safety of the Gensets
• Act as the principal responsible for Fix it First Time repair of the Genset after proper diagnostic and resolution of customer’s complaint.
• Ensure Customer’s repair needs (Mechanical/Electrical) are satisfied at all time.
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with the Operating Standards & Processes.
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Notify Service Manager immediately if additional work outlined is not needed or required.
• Notify Service Manager immediately if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised.
• Document work performed properly and accurately on job cards.

• Graduate from a respectful university or technical entity with minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and service.
• Genset problems troubleshooting.
• Gensets maintenance and performance
• Good communication skills, in relevant local language in addition to English.
