Must be willing to work hands-on, with knowledge and min 7 years experience in software, hardware and networking.
• Analyze, summarize and/or review data; report findings, interpret results and/or make recommendations
• Responsible for the Software maintenance and all kind of running applications, CRM, and Microsoft products
• Programming new software if needed
• Manage IT projects (assets capturing, …)
• Assist the company inventory count and posting, provide the needed materials
• Present technological alternatives to streamline office functions and improve staff productivity
• Develop budgets including fund allocation, revenue collection, budget projection, expenditures, etc.
• Provide technical assistance on company issues, services, program(s), and/or computer hardware and software, etc.
• Act as a resource for management and staff
• Establish written policies and procedures for information technology acquisition and utilization
• Plan the work of IT officers and system users
• Prepare employee performance evaluations.
• Interview and hire new staff
• Monitor and participate in employee relations activities within the department
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
• Exercise initiative, discretion, and judgment in making decisions
