Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
• Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
• Provide day off, manage the leaves of the employees, and the work-timing schedule.
• Prepare job descriptions, do some recruitment, and interview the candidates for the open positions.
• Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
• Using computers to generate reports, presentations, excel sheets, collections, emails.
• Greet and assist visitors.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Administrative Assistant Requirements:
• Associate’s Degree in business administration.
• +3 years of experience.
• Excellent computer skills, word, excel, PowerPoint, hunting pages and LinkedIn.
• Attention to detail.
• Multilingual is required.
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
