Description


Job purpose:

• Achieve PSG, Paid Target, daily, monthly & departmental targets as set by the company.
• Ensure the list of appointments is received from the reception on a daily basis for follow-up.
• Deliver the list of results to CCA-SPA at each end-of-day closing.
• Coordinate with the Senior Session Maker for all appointments to prepare all relevant treatment plans.
• Introduce the BioSwiss Group in the Spa and Exhibitions or outdoor missions in line with the Corporate communication protocol.
• Complete all CRC Forms for customers when required.
• Ensure all customers receive an excellent experience throughout their visits.
• Adhere to the code of practice for hygiene (CPH) and code of conduct (COC) in the spa.
• Implement the Monthly program (MPR).
• Implement promotional facial protocol (PTP) as per the monthly training.
• Prepare Daily Tracking, and send it to the team leader & spa manager on a daily basis.
• Advise and discuss with customers the relevant treatments and\or products specific to their needs and explain the benefits, cost, usage mode, frequency…. etc.
• Diagnose customer’s skin condition and identify skin type with a complete understanding of any medical history if any, in order to propose the right treatment plan for services as well as the needed products to maintain results achieved from sessions.
• Drive sales to the organization by performing the first free/promotional appointments or referring the lead to a session maker after proposing the needed treatment plan and briefing them on Bioskinspa’s line of business.
• Become her client’s beauty consultant; suggest additional treatments and products needed, follow up on their progress and orders, demonstrate how to use them, and answer all their questions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Be an expert on all the services available and their related products to help in performing sessions if needed in compliance with set protocols. Superb knowledge of consumer products; indications and counter indications.
• Upsell & Cross Sell by referring the client to different departments; hair, skin & body, to increase overall turnover.
• Fill the Consignment Note (CNT) with all required information and hand it over to the cashier in order to get the item for any home service appointment.
• Fill out the New Plan Order (NPO) or Product Order (ORD) Forms and provide it to the cashier for invoicing when the customer is buying a product or Service in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions (STC) set by the Company.
• Collect the outstanding balance for all active customers as per daily LOA.
• Complete facial and skin sessions on a daily basis.
• Acquire references from clients and potential customers for a higher demographic reach and brand awareness.
• Attend all training sessions (knowledge of products & services).
• Add personal appointments at least one appointment per day.
• Fill out the Exchange form (EXF), and Customer Refund (CRF) and hand it to the customer service department at the customer’s request.
• Fill the Customer comments sheet (CCS) for verbal complaints in the spa by the customer, and deliver the sheet to the customer service team for further investigations and actions.
• Coordinate with the team leader & spa manager to achieve personal Targets, support the team, and maintain the requested average from the branch sales team.
• Support the sales team to do promotional facial or closing sales deals during their absence or when needed.
• Ensure knowledge of the monthly marketing plans and weekly social media promotions and provide this information to the customers.
• Reach set weekly, monthly, and yearly individual targets and effectively contribute to her branch’s target; instilling team spirit within the branch.
• Maintain customers’ files and records on CRM.
• Ensure customer retention by following up on active customers who haven’t purchased a service or product for a specific period of time.
• Performing a minimum of eight sessions per day for higher productivity and increased turnover.
• Actively maintain all types of equipment used in good condition and record all materials used on its related checklist.
• Prepare daily reports on activities and perform session results.
• Abide with the internal Rules and regulations of the company (IRR).

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification:
• Physiotherapist or Esthetics Graduate
