The session maker contributes to the spa’s conversion goals, and overall sales to meet sales target. She is at the front line with customers, following company’s processes and protocols to reach customer satisfaction as she becomes their customers’ personal beauty therapist.
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities
➢ Suggest additional treatments and products needed for clients and follow up on their progress and orders
➢ Demonstrate products usage to clients and answer all their questions to ensure customer satisfaction
➢ Perform sessions in compliance with set protocols, while being an expert in all available spa’s services and their related product; indications and counter indications
➢ Upsell & Cross Sell by referring her client to different departments; hair, skin & body, to increase overall turnover
➢ Reach set weekly, monthly and yearly individual target and effectively contribute to her branch’s target; instilling team spirit within the branch
➢ Update customers files on waves CRM whenever needed
➢ Introduce remarks and results on appointments as well as order drafts and treatment plans in coordination with the concerned advisor
➢ Follow up on pending sessions
➢ Coordinate with the Advisor and make sure to sell the active customers who haven’t purchased a service or product for a specified period of time
➢ Introduce on the system the products or vials to be used during the session
➢ Uses her agenda at all time to check updates and customers arrival with check in results.
➢ Check and report on a daily, weekly and monthly basis her list of collections by target for
➢ Perform a minimum of eight sessions per day for higher productivity and increased turnover.
➢ Maintain all equipment used in good condition and record all materials used on its related checklist
➢ Prepare daily reports on activities and sessions performed results
➢ Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals
➢ Respect the confidentiality of the information.
➢ Actively seek to attend all company’s meetings, trainings, workshops and events.
➢ Understand and abide by the company’s Internal Rules and Regulations (IRR).
➢ Follow all set operating procedures and highlight weaknesses and opportunities for improvement when applicable to provide the best service in an efficient way.
Knowledge & Skills requirements
1. Education: Physiotherapy Degree or Esthetics Graduate
2. Experience: 2 Years in similar position
3. Computer Skills: MS Office
4. Linguistic skills: English & Arabic. French is a plus
