Liban Lait is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join their team as an Assistant to the Chairman.
As an assistant to the Chairman, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level support to our Chairman. You will be responsible for ensuring the Chairman's office operates efficiently, managing critical communications, and assisting with key projects. This role demands a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and adaptability.
1. efficiently managing the Chairman's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
2. serve as a primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/ external stakeholders. prepare and draft correspondence, emails, and reports on behalf of the Chairman.
3. Prepare and edit documents, presentations and reports for the Chairman, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
4.Attend meetings, take minutes, and prepare meeting agendas and materials. Follow up on action items and ensure effective follow-through.
5. Assist the Chairman in managing and executing special projects, including research, data collection and coordination with various departments.
6. handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, management or related field.
2. proven experience as an Executive Assistant
3. Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
4. Fluency in English and French
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Proficiency in office software and email management tools.
7. Adaptability and the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
