Job-Description:
We are looking for a professional and well experienced GM Assistant, with over 10 years of diversified experience in the areas of Management Business Development, in the Mechanical/Industrial Machine field.
1- Holding Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management + MBA
2- Having a background in the Heavy Machine Industry-Metalworking
3- Implementing appropriate link and strategies for the various departments in the company, by holding operations on ERP system
4- Reports to the executives (CEO) or to the Owner directly.
5- Directs team or group leaders in the following chain (purchasing-inventory-production&sales)
6- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
7- Expert in designing and driving the execution of strategic business development plans.
8- Problem solving and decision-making
