job Overview: The Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in promoting and selling the company's range of electronics and furniture. They ensure customer requirements for furniture are captured accurately and obtain customer approval on production orders. The representative is dedicated to fostering client relationships and meeting sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Sales:
• Promote, present, and sell a diverse range of products, including electronics and furniture, to existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and preferences, recommending appropriate products and solutions.
2. Production Orders for Furniture:
• Gather detailed customer requirements for furniture orders.
• Draft accurate production orders, ensuring all specifications and customizations are clearly noted.
• Obtain customer signatures and approvals on production orders, ensuring clarity and satisfaction with the terms.
3. Lead Generation & Client Relationships:
• Identify potential clients through research, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
4. Sales Targets & Reporting:
• Achieve and surpass monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Maintain records of sales, customer feedback, revenue, and other important data.
• Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
5. Product Knowledge & Training:
• Stay updated with product features, benefits, and applications for both electronics and furniture categories.
• Attend training sessions and seminars to hone sales techniques and product knowledge.
6. Customer Service & Feedback:
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide feedback to the product and design teams based on customer preferences and market trends.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in furniture and electronics.
• Ability to draft detailed and accurate production orders.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
• Proficient in MS Office and any relevant CRM tools.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship management skills and the ability to build trust with customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in furniture or electronics sales is a plus.
Work Environment:
• This role might require visits to client homes or offices for measurements or consultations.
• Might require occasional travel to attend industry events or training sessions.
