Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
• Organize and facilitate meetings.
• Manage all administrative paperwork.
• Ensure and follow up the cleanliness of office and coordinate maintenance with technicians.
• Maintain effective coordination with IT department to address office related IT needs.
• Manage and control office supplies and stationery.
• Accurately record minutes of every project meeting, including action items and decisions made.
• Distribute meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Maintain a comprehensive to-do list for each project, tracking tasks and deadlines.
• Ensure that assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner and follow up with responsible parties when necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
• Assist with general duties with other departments and divisions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
