INSTRUCTIONAL FOCUS & SCOPE
Reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
Provides the operations staff with the replacement Uniform and tools and records these transactions.
Reports non-conforming products and follows the return procedures set forth.
EXECUTIVE FOCUS & SCOPE
Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders using computerized warehouse record keeping systems, including Barcoding Procedures.
Receives, identifies and verifies merchandise.
Maintains accurate manual and computer records.
Follows up on pending and non-delivered orders from procurement and/or suppliers.
Prepares purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock
Assists procurement to order adequate spares, tools, consumables and supplies.
Oversees the delivery of orders following an established schedule and coordinates for special deliveries by transmitting the necessary details to the persons concerned.
Ships canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.
Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
Maintains the warehouse area in a neat and orderly manner.
Resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus items.
Suggests substitutes available in the store for new items ordered from site.
Maintains equipment and instruments and tools and fills out requisitions for their repair when necessary.
Performs spot checks on the mobile warehouses to ensure stock is up to date with accounting and there is no surplus or non-moving items.

Tools & Skills needed for the job:
Able to perform general storekeeping and warehouse duties
Comfortable in the nomenclature and purpose of electrical, mechanical and civil spares/tools/consumables such as Circuit Breakers, Pipe Fittings, Ready Mix Concrete, respectively.
Drives a forklift.
Pays attention to detail.

Essential Educational Background & Experience:
A minimum of two years of working in warehouse and storage operations is needed for these occupations.
Good knowledge in using computerized inventory management software and the Barcoding Stock Management System is a plus.
Familiar and comfortable with the nomenclature of stock and consumable items used in contracting.
Possesses general Math Skills.
Possesses excellent knowledge in Computer Skills such as PIMS Accounting Software.
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
