-Promote and sell diesel product and services to potential customers.
-Achieve the department’s targets in terms of sales, collection and market growth.
Customer Relations Management
-In all interactions with third parties and existing or potential customers, promotes the image of the company by demonstrating professionalism, reliability and product (Diesel) knowledgeableness.
-Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned geographical area.
-Recommend acquisition of eligible customers to the Head of Department.
-Create a knowledge base on existing customers and understand their needs. Analysis customer contribution in company’s business growth and recommend tactic decisions.
-Devise and implement action plan aimed to extend company’s customer database and increase sales profitability within the commercial strategy and risk policies set by the Management.
-Identify potential customers according to pre-set weekly routing schedule. Evaluate customer needs and make recommendations for opening accounts.
-Negotiate terms and conditions while ensuring profitability.
-Ensure proper opening account for new customers by collecting the needed requirements / Information.
-Respond to sales replenishment calls from customer and place orders. Provide accurate price quotations based on Management approval.
-Ensure monthly sales targets are met in terms of volume / product.
-Contact customers regarding overdue payments and ensure proper collection.
-Follow-up on resolving customer’s complaints and ensure satisfactory results.
-Coordinate sales effort with company’s staff (marketing, accounting, logistics etc...) for creation of account, delivery and invoicing in order to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
Market feedback and reporting
-Provide market feedback regarding pricing, competition and market needs.
-Prepare Market assessment report and feasibility study for potential business growth.
-Monitor company’s market positioning.
-Prepare regular sales reports for the management.
-Develop an in-depth understanding of diesel product, including specifications and benefits.
-Stay updated on new trends and competitive products.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Management emphasized in sales or equivalent.
-5 to 7 years of relevant experience in similar position.
-Live and disseminate company’s values and promote a culture of performance and integrity.
-Team-spirited, ability to work with and through people with a positive attitude towards company’s vision and values.
Ability to cope with changes, and crisis; skilled in conflict-resolution and problem solving.
-Endowed with analytical and communication skills.
-Accountable & Credible.
-Computer literate. Good working knowledge of MS Office.
-Read, speak, and write Arabic and English fluently.
