Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
Answer customer service calls for setting an appointment for revision.
Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
Greet, assist and/or direct customers to concerned employees at the quick service.
Resolve customer problems and concerns.
Comfortably use computer-based customer service system.
Organize documents in preparation for quick service
Order and maintain office supplies of the department.
Schedule appointments in person and over the phone.
Handle car job cards (making notations, sorting, and filing).
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email.
Assist the branch manager as requested.
Provide administrative services for the branch manager.
Receive, direct and relay fax messages.
Pick up and deliver received mails.
Open and date stamp all general correspondence.
Maintain the general filing and file all correspondence.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
