 Supervises and coordinates restaurant staff in general, especially within responsible service station
 Trains and orientates new trainees
 Mise-en-place of all required settings in responsible service station and back of house
 Being informed of restaurant reservations and daily specials if any
 Keeps responsible service station clean and tidy according to hygiene standards
 Responsible of cleaning tables and chairs in the service stations
 Takes customers food and beverage orders and ensures their correct service
 Controls correct placement of cutlery
 Monitors and checks employees progress in operation and encourages up selling among the staff
 Relates company policy to staff which may be adhered at any time
 Makes sure that menus and table set ups are up to the standards
 Assists in handling guest complaints to restore guest satisfaction
 Demonstrates understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and fire life safety
 Performs related duties and other projects as assigned
