GlobeMed Group, the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region is looking for a Software Development Team Leader who will Lead the design effort and develop the architecture of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Design innovative solutions for business problems. Work closely with business analysts and other software engineers to develop new modules and improve existing ones.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field
10+ years of Development experience
Experience in medical insurance industry is a plus
Experience with software source control and version control
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Mastery of user interaction design skills
Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form
Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
