Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Secretary to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors.

2. Archiving:
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems.
- Ensure proper archiving of documents and correspondence.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

3. Data Entry:
- Input data into various databases and software.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data.
- Generate reports and maintain data integrity.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
