Overall responsibilities:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, experienced Customer Care Specialist. The main tasks are to be responsible for greeting visitors and
delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. In addition to help or support in any administrative task arising from exceptional need on the Gym floor.

Job Description
-Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
-Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions that visitors have
-Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
-Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis
-Perform Ad Hoc administrative duties
-Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received (Including Instagram, Facebook, and others if needed)
-Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
-Scheduling appointments and bookings
-Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
-Maintain safety and hygiene standards of the reception area

General Requirements
-Availability to work up to 49 hours per week
-Opening days are from Monday to Saturday
-Fluent in Arabic and English, French is a plus

Skills and Criterias
-Bachelor’s degree in a related field
-2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English. French is a plus
-Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
-Excellent verbal, and interpersonal skills
-Punctual with strong attendance history
