Requirement gathering and defining the scope of the project
Analysis and solution design (blue print)
Documentation of existing workflows & processes, suggest enhancements
Configuration of ERP to implement the designed solution
Gap identification, estimate and negotiate alternative solutions.
Communication with the dev team for ERP customization
End user training on installed solution and support.
BA degree in business and experience in a related field to finance
Experience in ERP implementation inhouse or for other businesses
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Self-learner and willing to learn via reading books, online courses, seminars/webinars and training
Experience in Odoo ERP is a Plus
