As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing activities of the organization. This role involves working closely with vendors, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure the procurement process is streamlined and aligned with the company's goals.
Sourcing and Vendor Management:
*Identify potential suppliers, conduct negotiations, and establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
*Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
Purchase Order Management:
*Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
*Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and specifications.
*Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements.
*Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.
*Draft and review procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

*Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* 3+ years of proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role.
