The Senior Marketing Executive assists with implementing marketing strategies while promoting brand image.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create awareness and develop the brand from conception through delivery as per Communication and Marketing Manager guidelines.
• Work with 3rd party suppliers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines.
• Develop promotional opportunities and ideas brief and follow up on the production of marketing materials with 3rd party suppliers, including press ads, outdoor visuals, leaflets, posters, flyers, magazines, webmail, etc.…
• Source advertising opportunities and place traditional and non-traditional ads (social media, online, billboards, in malls).
• Liaise with advertising and media agencies to deliver briefs.
• Handle social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook) with the agencies to enhance audience engagement.
• Organize photo shoots with agencies and suppliers.
• Handle all artworks related to visuals and in-store communications.
• Coordinate with external agencies to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials, and online activities
• Arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
• Monitor competitors’ Marketing activities and report them internally monthly.
• Keep the website up to date as necessary using the internal web administration tools.
• File, archive, and process marketing-related documents and materials.
• Follow up on Social Media postings and all related tasks with concerned parties.
• Prepare and send weekly newsletters to enhance sales.
• Analyze user engagement (e.g. click-through and bounce rates)
• Identify the habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience
• Project execution (Launching of a new brand, event planning, and execution)
• Identify trends and insights
• Allocate marketing investments (events, collaborations)
• Monitor ROI and KPIs
• Provide seasonal media plans for each brand mentioning all marketing activities executed throughout the season.
• Provide internal reports regularly for each brand (end-of-season reports, post-event reports)
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing.
• A master’s in marketing fashion is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of experience directly related to the job summary.
• Retail experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think outside the box and be creative.
• Organizational skills.
• Team Player.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
