Job Summary
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading, motivating, and developing the sales team, coordinating sales operations and implementing sales techniques that allow sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem solving and delegation skills.
Responsibilities
•Coach team members
•Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies to achieve sales goals
•Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance
•Delegate tasks to team members and ensure completion on time
•Provide training and coaching to sales team members
•Identify and develop new sales opportunities
•Build relationships with key clients and prospects

Qualifications
