Job Overview: The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing engaging social media campaigns. The role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools, along with strong communication and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Create and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's brand, goals, and target audience.
• Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text posts, videos, and images.
• Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with the audience on social media platforms, fostering a positive community and customer experience.
• Analytics Monitoring: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current technologies, trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand message.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital campaigns, and collaborate with influencers and partners for promotional activities.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on social media activities and achievements, providing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO.
• Experience with social media management tools.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills (English & Arabic).
