Responsible of opening, operating and closing the Delivery Center to ensure orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner following set standards.
Willing to be hands-on in the kitchen and present on the floor for the preparation
Ensure orders from suppliers are prepared according to a par level
Receive all food items from suppliers and ensure they are prepared and stored in the correct manner
Ensure food items are prepared based on pre-set recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards
Ensure portion control measures to meet costs targets
Control cash and receipts by adhering to reconciliation and cash handling procedures
Ensure shop closing is done properly on all sections + fill closing sheet
Supervise the available team to ensure operation goes as planned
Actively help in the recruitment procedure when needed
Implement phone answering techniques
Perform customer call backs to ensure customer satisfaction
Fill all required paperwork, including forms, daily reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner;
Plan menus distribution in order to increase sales
