Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our catering supply company, specializing in meeting the unique needs of a mining operation in Congo. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our company and the mining site, responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their catering requirements, and overseeing the invoicing process.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within the mining operation.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their catering supply needs and customize solutions to meet their specific requirements.
3. Effectively communicate product offerings, pricing, and delivery schedules to clients.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing, delivery, and client satisfaction.
5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to contribute to strategic planning.
7. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, highlighting our company's capabilities and value proposition.
8. Exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
9. Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to the management team.
10. Travel to the Congo mining site as needed to strengthen relationships, understand client needs, and oversee the implementation of catering solutions.
11. Manage the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing for catering supply services.
12. Collaborate with the finance team to address billing discrepancies and resolve invoicing issues promptly.
13. Address client invoicing queries, provide detailed breakdowns, and ensure timely payments.
14. Maintain organized records of client transactions, invoices, and payment history.
15. Implement efficient invoicing procedures to streamline the billing process and reduce errors.

- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the catering or supply industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Understanding of the mining industry and its challenges is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to the Congo Lubumbashi
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Experience in handling invoicing processes and financial transactions.
- Familiarity with billing software and systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
