1. Enforce food safety policies and procedures including GMP (good manufacturing practices), GHP (Good Hygiene practices) and Good Warehousing practices.
2. Monitor and control all processes’ stages from the receiving of raw material to the release of the final product from the production units.
3. Report non-conformities and assist with investigating and implementing corrective actions in food storage areas, production units, receiving areas as well as dispatching zones.
4. Monitor and update products’ recipes in collaboration with the production and the finance department.
5. Create, update and control all products’ process maps.
6. Monitor, verify, update and implement all critical control points CCPs & operational Prerequisite programs OPRPs.
7. maintain records of all CCPs & OPRPs
8. Report any deviation of critical &/or operational limits.
9. Assist in Updating and implementing Hazard analysis and critical control plan.
10. Verify the calibration of all storage units, ovens as well as scales.
11. Conduct onsite tests including finger print swabs, surface swabs, fat oxidation, brix, gas analysis, pH, water Hardness, Chlorine content, etc.
