Description


Job Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and accurate technical support for incoming queries and issues related to software, systems, networking, and hardware.
• Respond to queries either in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
• Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
• Run reports.
• Manage IT projects, collect clients’ requirements, and implement IT projects

Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge software installation and databases.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
