The restaurant Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of the restaurant. This position requires a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who can provide leadership, set high standards, and create an inviting atmosphere for both guests and team members.
Ensure outstanding guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and resolving any issues promptly.
Oversee the overall quality of food and beverage service, ensuring consistency and presentation.
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and budgeting.
Enforce health and safety regulations.
Closing Daily POS activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
Compliance and Food Safety:
Ensure compliance with all local regulations, including health and safety standards laws.
3-5 years Proven experience as a Floor manager in the restaurant industry.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.
Proficient computer skills.
Boyker certification (or equivalent) preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus.
