Description


We are Looking for an Accountant with minimum 3 years of experience to work for a Group in Keserwen-Jbeil District.

As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. You will be responsible for various financial tasks, including recording transactions, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording all financial transactions in the accounting system.
Ensure proper coding and classification of transactions for easy retrieval and analysis.
Financial Reporting:

Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
Compliance:

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
Prepare and file necessary tax documents and work closely with external auditors during audits.

Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records regularly to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Monitor and control expenses by verifying and reconciling invoices and expense reports.

Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information, answer inquiries, and provide support as needed.
Continuous Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
