A leading FMCG company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account & Merchandising Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within key accounts.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at client organizations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
- Lead the merchandising team to enhance product visibility, shelf space, and overall brand presence.
- Develop and implement merchandising plans that align with company objectives and customers’ requirements.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management and merchandising within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of the market dynamics and trends.
