The job holder is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's social media strategy. He/she will work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase online visibility.


1.1 Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing objectives to grow the organic presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
1.2 Create engaging and shareable content across but not limited to text, image, and video ensuring consistent brand representations, as well as managing and optimizing social media profiles.
1.3 Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and other content creators to produce high-quality materials.
1.4 Schedule and publish content, and actively monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions.
1.5 Foster and expand online communities through proactive engagement with followers and influencers.
1.6 Develop and implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and participation.
1.7 Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to achieve marketing objectives.
1.8 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives.
1.9 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate social media effectiveness.
1.10 Generate regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and improvement recommendations.
1.11 Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in social media communications, while proactively staying updated on platform policies and guidelines to prevent related compliance issues.
1.12 Propose new social media opportunities to enhance customer engagement with the brand.
1.13 Integrate social media into wider offline and PR campaigns, emphasizing its role as an awareness, communication, and engagement channel while proving its commercial benefits.
1.14 Host social media events and groups to broaden reach and voice.
1.15 Adhere to all gambling rules and regulations across social media content laws.


2. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent.
Meta & Google accreditation is a plus.

3. Experience:
At least 4 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the gaming industry.

5. Technical Competencies:
5.1. Proficiency in English and Arabic. French is a plus.

5.3. Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices, including Google Analytics.
5.4. High level of content writing.
5.5. Basic understanding of our business market and marketing offerings and products.
5.6. Knowledge of the Gaming sector, betting types, and attitudes is a plus.
