Description


1. Job Summary :

• A sales administrator is reporting to the head of sales and business development director and has to provide an excellent support to the sales team
• He has to process paperwork , maintain the customer database , and ensure all reports are delivered on time
• He may Also handle customer questions , requests and complaints
• Has often to monitor sales goals and encourage the team to meet their monthly targets

2. Duties and responsibilities :

• Process necessary reports via e-mail and phone to the allocate service department
• Update sales and customers records
• Generate monthly Sales Reports

3. Requirements and qualifications :

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor degree preferred
• 1+ Years of experience as a sales Administrator or other administrative role
• Proficient with CRM (Customer Relationship Management : Operational , Analytical , Collaborative)
• Strong Knowledge of sales Performance KPI’s
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
• Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
