We are looking for a creative Marketing Manager to direct and manage our event organizing company in KSA.

• Exceptional grasp of business sectors research to drive marketing literature content creation (brochures, websites, social media.)
• Ability to manage and direct creative teams involved in creating pre-press, photography, video and social medica products.
• Ability to create Omni Channel media campaigns with a focus on digital media and B2B social media
• Select key databases relevant to a particular B2B event, on the local, regional, and international levels and carry out analysis of such databases.
• Skilled in the production of proposals and presentations
• Monitor competing events local, regional and international for latest trends, marketing methods
• Evaluate growth possibilities for show profiles.
• Identify key clusters of stakeholders and relevant messages for each cluster (for example: Exhibitors, visitors, government)
• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Manage a variety of organic and paid lead acquisition channels and performance analysis
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget for each event and allocate funds wisely
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures, social media, and presentations.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

Requirements and skills
• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding negotiation skills
• 5 years + of experience in marketing
