Description


We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to oversee the efficient daily operations of our client's office. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and productive workplace, ensuring that all office activities run seamlessly.

Responsibilities

Office Administration:
* Manage and organize office facilities, supplies, and equipment.
* Ensure a tidy and organized office environment, including common areas and workspaces.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.

Administrative Support:
* Provide administrative support to senior management as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.

Human Resources and Onboarding:
* Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and conducting new employee orientations.
* Maintain personnel records and assist with HR-related tasks.

Financial Management:
* Oversee office budget and expenses, tracking expenditures and preparing reports as needed.
* Process invoices, manage petty cash, and reconcile financial records.

Facilities and Vendor Management:
* Coordinate office repairs and maintenance, liaising with vendors and service providers.
* Manage relationships with office suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.

Event Coordination:
* Plan and execute company events, meetings, and special projects.
* Arrange logistics, catering, and any necessary accommodations.

Qualifications
* 3+ years of proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in office software and applications (e.g., MS Office).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.
