A reputable company in Beirut is Hiring a Sales Manager who will play a crucial role in leading and managing the operations. This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in the ceramic industry, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of product development, manufacturing processes, sales strategies, and overall business management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the ceramic division in alignment with overall company goals.
• Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in production, supply chain, and distribution.
• Implement and optimize processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Drive product development initiatives, staying abreast of industry trends and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to introduce new and innovative ceramic countertop and vanity solutions.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry partners.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality ceramic products.
• Address and resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting professional development and employee engagement.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent product quality, timely delivery, and responsive customer service.

• Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with relevant standards and certifications.

Qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the ceramic industry, preferably in kitchen countertop and vanity manufacturing.

• Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of ceramic manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and distribution channels in the ceramic industry.
• Financial acumen for budgeting and financial management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
