Qualifications:
- Female, University degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience

Job Description:
- Handles a wide range of administrative and
secretarial related work.
- Maintains the General Manager Agenda,
schedules and coordinates appointments.
- Reviews and follows up all correspondence,
documents and reports prepared by related
departments.
- Ensures the follow up and feedback of all
activities related to the GM.
- Maintains efficient Filing system for Memos,
faxes, invoices and all documents.
- Organizes GM meetings & takes minutes of
meeting if necessary, and follows up actions.
- Compiles, transcribes, and distributes minutes
of meetings.
- Coordinates various meetings - internal and with
external parties.
- Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence
and communications of the GM’s office,
- Reviews and summarizes various reports and
documents for the GM
- Receives visitors / staff and organizes meetings
with as per prior appointments
- Handles confidential information with utmost
secrecy and integrity
- Maintains an adequate inventory of office
supplies.
- Performs all other routine office managerial and
secretarial related work.
