The food and beverage service supervisor directs and schedules kitchen, bar staff and food and beverage servers. During peak hours they may assist in seating or serving customers and ensure the cleanliness and general look of the dining room.
Plans, monitors, and appraises job results. Conducts training. Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
- 1-2 years of experience as F&B head waiter
- Excellent command of English and Arabic
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
