Description


A leading company in ceramics industry, is hiring an outdoor sales representative who will be responsible for promoting and selling slabs or related products to potential customers. This role involves actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with information on our company’s products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers.

• Conduct outdoor sales activities, including visiting construction sites, architectural firms, and other relevant locations.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about all products.

• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product range, including features, benefits, and specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively communicate the unique selling points.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase company’s products.
• Address customer concerns and objections, providing solutions and building confidence in the product.

• Prepare and present price quotations to customers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

• Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.

• Gather information on market trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
• Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams for product and strategy improvement.



• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and orders.
• Generate regular reports for management on sales performance and market feedback.


Qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of the slabs or construction materials market is a plus.

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent, prefer candidates with an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
