We are looking for a QC Lab Technician for our location in Hsoun- Keserwan, which will be responsible for performing quality control on production at all stages, raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products.

Job Duties:

-Perform daily control on the production processes, reception of raw materials, roasters and packaging machines.
-Advise Quality control Manager & production coordinator and consult to take decisions in quality issues.
-Perform physical and chemical tests on competitor’ products (when needed).
-Make necessary control on raw material according to specifications.
-Perform the tasting tests in order to confirm the quality of the semi-finished & finished product and ensure the consistency of the taste.
-Make sure the raw materials and finished products meet standards of quality and safety.
-Control the processing in case of any problem to make the necessary corrective action.
-Participate in the continual development of new and existing products.
-Develop specifications for raw material and finished products.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in Nutrition or Food Safety
-1 to 2 years of experience
-Familiar with the JDE system.
-Knowledge of QMS & FSMS requirements if needed
-Knowledge of the minimum conditions of safety, health and hygiene and ability to respect these conditions
-Knowledge of laboratory tests and analyses.
-Knowledge of laboratory terminology and equipment.
-Knowledge of Quality Assurance Procedures.
-Able to keep records
