For a Tech Retailer located in Dahye, required an executive assistant to provide administrative support to the Senior Manager, while keeping the website up to date.
- Support the Senior Manager primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking executives company wide, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows.
- Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives.
Web Admin Duties:
- Keep web products and services up to date
- Adjust banners and placements as needed to stay in line with marketing campaigns and product launches
- Previous role as administrative or executive assistant, or similar operation role
- Computer Science or similar degree or equivalent experience
