Ø Keep all brochures, catalogues, and website updated; along with MSDS, TDS, partnership certificates, signs and promotional videos.
Ø Monitors all sales per customer/item and product mix
Ø Initiates new products launch
Ø Maintains updated and accurate competitor comparisons
Ø Maintains and Updates Websites and Social Media Pages
Ø Maintains up to date traditional price lists for customer and monitors credit limits
Ø Organizes and plan trade shows
Ø Conducts customer surveys and follow up
Ø Designs promotional offers for special items, brochures, catalogues, campaigns, etc.
Ø Prepares Presentations as per required
Ø Maintains communication with customers regarding products, events, prices, activities, and any marketing support they may need.
Ø Prepares and monitor advertising budgets when needed
Ø Brand property management follow up
Ø Assists in planning and implementation of customer training
Ø Analyzes price strategies and product mix to identify growth potential
Ø Monitors, revises and reports on all marketing activities
Ø Liaises with the different suppliers (ex-ad material suppliers, advertising agencies, exhibition stand designers etc)
Ø Follow up SEO best practices for websites.
Ø Handles digital marketing elements related to the brands.
Ø A Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent;
Ø Full proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential, French is a plus;
Ø Four years’ experience in a similar position;
Ø Strong written communication skills in local languages, preferred solid command of English;
Ø Industrial Marketing experience is preferable
