We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outdoor Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of products to potential customers in outdoor settings. As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities
• Conduct outdoor sales activities to promote and sell to prospective customers.
• Identify and approach potential customers in outdoor settings such as residential neighborhoods, community events, fairs, and other public venues.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, highlighting key selling points and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Provide accurate product information and pricing to customers, ensuring transparency and clarity in all sales transactions.
• Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
• Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, market demand, and product performance.
• Represent the company at outdoor events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative documents as required.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of successful sales achievements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of kitchen appliances and familiarity with product features, specifications, and technical details.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
