Description


A company located in Maten is looking for an Administrative Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc
- Perform administrative and office support activities for the department and managers to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
- Assist with specific management reports.
- Coordinate good work and communication between different departments and management.
- Make travel and meetings/ conferences arrangements.
- Attend meetings and keeping minutes.
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system / retrieve documents from filing system.
- Coordinate maintenance contracts for office equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong writing skills ( English/ French/ Arabic).
- Time management.
- Attention to details.
- Strong organization skills.
- Office ( excel , Word…) advanced level.
